RESULTS


• Constructed a bespoke/right-sized change management function, recruited a global team of talented change managers, created and executed a management training program, and demonstrated how to build, manage and measure the effectiveness of successful change programs. • Brought consensus among leaders with conflicting priorities to accomplish company objectives and engage global operational groups. • Created new operational routines between technology and business to foster trust and cooperation. • Implemented a new method that worked: the new solutions had significantly higher usage and adoption rates. One example, adoption for one tool was an average of 3% in 2021. However, when I applied the change program, the utilization shot up to 30% within three months and held steady for the first two quarters of 2022.
