resignation

In 2011, 2019 and 2022, I said goodbye to work colleges. What do the words I've chosen to use say about the nature of my time in those companies, with those people?

Hello T&P US and other US TB friends, I hope you’re doing well!
I wanted to let you know that I’ll be leaving my position as Head of Change Management here at Third Bridge, and my last day was today.
It’s been so great getting to know you during the times I came into the NYC office and the occasions we had to interact on projects and socially. While I’m excited about the new opportunity ahead of me, leaving Third Bridge and the great work relationships like the ones I had with you make this sad.
I wish you all the best moving forward. And thanks again for being a part of making my time here at Third Bridge NYC such a great one! I will continue to watch with anticipation the fantastic achievements you will accomplish in your careers here.
Best,

My heart is heavy at this juncture. I have loved my tenure at The Hartford. You have been an important part of why I will remember the work, the place, and the relationships fondly. Thank you for being such wonderful teammates, and even friends. I would highly recommend that you review the opening mentioned below and if you are interested or know someone that might do an awesome job in the role, connect with Kim.

For now, I wish the very best for you and yours this holiday season. And, for 2020 and beyond, I hope that you enjoy meaningful work, growth and stretch, revelation and learning, continue to ignite the community (in and out of HIG) and that you will also have ample opportunities to pay it forward (pull another person up!).
