• Created Visual Mockup as a robust change management tactic, a real-life replica of a whole floor with target sizes. “Work in the Space,” the people-change method, was featured in CT Commercial Real Estate Symposium. • Spearheaded program management for a 14K-person relocation and multi-million square footage renovation of company headquarters. • Completed overall management of $150M aggressively scheduled, renovation, campus consolidation engagement and all projects associated from start to finish. • Orchestrated a robust change management program that reduced individual workstation and office sizes, lowered workstation heights, and included open collaboration spaces, with a >95% readiness for the new workplace.
